Cavestory Mod API

Welcome to the documentation for Cavestory Multiplayer modding tools!
Cavestory Multiplayer is compiled using the Visual Studio 2019 (v142) Platform Toolset. It's important to compile using the same toolset, otherwise some symbols won't match, causing the game to not load the DLL you make.
You must give the DLL the same name as your mod's folder! For example, if your mod is in a folder called 'mymod', then you should compile to 'mymod/mymod.dll'.
